YOUR LIFE AS A BASIC X-RAY MACHINE OPERATOR (BXMO) In this radiology position, you play a crucial role in our quest to help our patients find true health and healing. You come to work eager to put your expertise in imaging technology to good use so that we can correctly diagnose and treat our patients. Each day is an interesting challenge as you undertake a variety of imaging situations. While performing the procedure, you set our patients at ease by listening to them and taking their needs into consideration. After completion of the x-rays, you examine the images to ensure that they are sharp and clear. As part of your routine, you perform data entry to keep each patient's electronic health record (EHR) up to date. In addition, you pitch in wherever else you are needed to help ensure that our patients are receiving the best care possible. Seeing them progress and improve makes you feel great.
