One of the service lines we are developing is Physical Therapy for all types of patients and diagnoses. We are looking for a full-time physical therapist to provide our patients with compassionate high quality of care. Schedule would be Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. We are looking for someone to be flexible with their schedule to provide certain days 10 am to 7 pm to offer patients with after work appointments. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance and functional impairments. Create and implement personalized treatment plans. Administer mobility and gait training to help patients with ambulation aids. Conduct and document fall risk assessments. Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress into the EMR in a timely manner. Provide patients with educational resources and home exercises. Collaborate with health care providers, staff, and administration for a successful physical therapy program. Supervise and train physical therapy assistants. Assist management in administrative and clerical function as needed. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and program development.
