Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexible, rotating Employment Type: Local Contract Unit Information: PCU Location: HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital Address: 5731 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, FL 34233 Floor: Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 40 Number of Staff – 36 hired in Type of staff: Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios – Varies from 4:1-6:1 Type of equipment – EMR - Meditech Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Knowledge of IV Drips- cardiac .Post cardiac cath interventions/care Telemetry Willingness to Float Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech charting experience Meditech Expanse List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Post Cath interventions/care EKGs Best personality Fit: Positive Reliable in attendance.
