Responsible for the operational, financial, and clinical functions
of the department of pharmacy Establishing and monitoring quality
indicators, continuing the development and implementation of
policies and procedures for new and existing pharmacy services,
determining and deploying resources, and maintaining safe and
effective departmental operations Scheduling, recruitment,
orientation, performance reviews and disciplinary action of
pharmacy team members Education: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in
Pharmacy Preferred: Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy
Licensure: Required: Florida Pharmacist License Preferred:
Consultant Pharmacist License Preferred: ASHP
(Pharmacists)-Accredited Program Experience: 5 years of experience
in field as an individual contributor 1-3 years
supervisory/coordinator experience Other Requirements: Any
equivalent combination of education and experience that provides
the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the
