Job Description Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) openingLocation: Bradenton, FloridaPosition Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in a two-room surgical center. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a CRNA-only model, providing high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.Provide post-anesthesia care and support recovery.Qualifications:Current CRNA certification and licensure.Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compensation:Full-time W2 position: 225,000 per year.Full-time 1099 position: 285,000 per year.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunities for professional development.
