Job OverviewBayCare is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a pool position. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Provide clinical direction and supervision to certified occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation technicians, and other support staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
