SNF, Assisted Living, some OP
START DATE:

36 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:
13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:
Prefer candidates with at least 1 yr. in SNF or Clinical
rotation/externship in the SNF.
STAFF:
Total number of team members 20 and 2 Rehab Techs

CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:
90 % Productivity goal but client is good with averaging
88%-90%
SCHEDULE:
Preferably Tues to Saturday. -
