Job Description:
Bayfront Health is currently hiring a full time core faculty to
teach family medicine residents in the full spectrum of the
specialty. This includes precepting outpatient continuity clinic,
supervision of an inpatient medicine service with ICU care, and
limited OB coverage for continuity deliveries with the residents
while on call (with in house OB surgical backup). Faculty are also
responsible for administrative duties and a small panel of
patients. The ideal candidate will be inspired to teach and build
an academic career.

Gulf Coast, Bayfront Health St. Petersburg is a comprehensive
emergency, medical and surgical acute-care facility, serving the
residents of the region for more than 100 years and becoming part

St. Petersburg is a 480-bed tertiary care center and the only
state-accredited Level II Adult Trauma Center in Pinellas County.

Parkinson s disease and includes a Level IV Epilepsy Center.

care and, in partnership with Johns Hopkins All Children s
Hospital, is a state-certified Level III Regional Perinatal
