The Operating Room RN responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
  
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
  
• Responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
  
• Also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned
  
  
  For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in the Operating Room.
