business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible work schedule is
available).We offer 2 weeks of training. Training will be conducted
virtually from your home.*All Telecommuters will be required to
adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Primary
Responsibilities:
- Work Daily the Error Reports from ICUE to two different claims
systems.
- Providers Updates on Authorizations
- Creation of Authorization in ICUE
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure
quality and efficiencyYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your

in.Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate (or higher) knowledge level on using Microsoft
Word, Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save documents and
spreadsheets), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar
management)
- Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM (flexible work schedule is available)Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with working within the health care Industry and /
OR with health care insurance
- A clerical OR administrative support background
- All Microsoft 365 application experienceTelecommuting

separated from other living areas and provides information
privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if
applicable)

California / Colorado / Connecticut / Nevada / Washington / New
York / Rhode Island residents is $16.00 - $31.44. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
