Description The RN Case Manager provides hospital case management/utilization review and discharge planning to assure that the patient progresses through the continuum of care, and is discharged to the least restrictive environment.HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital opened more than forty years ago and has provided high-quality healthcare services for the people of St. Petersburg and the surrounding areas ever since. • Current State of Florida RN licensure
• Completion of an RN Diploma program or related healthcare program
• National Case Management Certification strongly desiredQualifications:
  • Minimum of three (3) years recent experience in an acute-care hospital setting required
