Job DescriptionSalary: $61K-$76KWe're growing quickly and we have entry level sales openings to join our Account Executive team. This is a remote position and we're hiring throughout Florida and Wisconsin. After the event, we'll schedule a 1-on-1 interview to go deeper into your background and position.What you'll be doing as a Sales Account Executive: In this role, you'll be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales while managing a book of business. You will be demoing our portfolio of services to a variety of healthcare companies, guiding prospects through a consultative sale, setting up demo accounts, and closing. Most importantly, you'll help build a business that is changing the face of healthcare recruitment. We'll look to you for product feedback - we're a place that cares about your opinion. All sellers are trained in the Challenger sales methodology. Once the pandemic is behind us, you'll also help represent the company at various industry conferences and trade shows. However, the majority of the role centers around video-based sales calls and presentations. Responsibilities:

  • Hit or exceed sales quota
  • Manage and grow your own book of business
  • Qualify new customers and guide them to the right service to close the sale over the phone (some positions will focus on converting inbound marketing leads and others will focus on outbound.
  • Penetrate existing corporate partnerships (and help find new ones)
  • Prospect to generate interest and grow your book of business
  • Ensure CRM and sales documents are updated, ensuring a smooth delivery process
  • Represent the organization at occasional trade shows and conferences as neededWhat's in it for you:

      • The position requires a college degree and willingness to get in, learn to sell, and learn the business.
      • Previous experience in sales is a plus! We're willing to train, but past experience in a sales role is valued. Ideal candidates will have anywhere from 1-3 years of past experience in a sales position.
      • Tech-savvy
      • Willingness and ability to work remote
      • The ability to be agile & multi-task (you are someone that can have your email open, while on the phone, and talking over chat)
      • Excellent written communication skills
