Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Software Manager to lead
software engineering teams and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of software engineers to design and deliver software
solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project
requirements and ensure timely delivery
Provide mentorship and conduct performance assessments for team
members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in the insurance
industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proficiency in one or more software languages and development
methodologies
Strong programming and debugging skills in Python
Experience with tools such as Business Object, Power BI, and
SiSense
