A company is looking for a Product Manager for the Content
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to design and develop high-impact learning experiences
and workplace training courses
Align content production with LMS platform roadmap and enhance
platform functionality through cross-functional collaboration
Utilize data-driven insights to improve content performance and
establish scalable production workflows
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management or related fields
Proven track record managing SaaS platforms or LMS solutions
focused on workplace training
Strong understanding of learning technologies and instructional
design methodologies
Experience with compliance training content and familiarity with
compliance frameworks
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics for content and
platform improvements
