Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare
Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in clinical research site network strategy
or operations management
Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives that enhance
operational and financial performance
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven
decision-making
Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and
competitive landscapes
