Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager for a
4-month contract in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the General Counsel to develop systems and
processes for company growth
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and partnership
agreements while supporting the sales team
Oversee strategic business initiatives and ensure effective and
scalable business processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in law or contracts management, preferably
in a tech or startup environment
Experience in managing projects involving multiple departments and
senior stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced
startup setting
Passion for legal technology and process improvements
Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to
changing priorities
