Job Description:
A company is looking for a HIPP Case Management Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide enrollment assistance and information about the
HIPP/Premium Assistance program to Medicaid eligible recipients
Verify and document health care coverage for Medicaid recipients
and assist in identifying potential program qualifiers
Perform data entry and maintenance of active cases during open
enrollment and premium reviews
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry,
healthcare, or government-sponsored programs
Experience in a call center environment with inbound and outbound
calls
Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual skills and knowledge of healthcare terminology are
preferred
