This leadership role requires a deep understanding of business banking products and services, a proven track record of influencing and guiding banking teams, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business banking, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement the strategic vision and goals for the business banking platform. Collaborate with senior leadership to align business goals with the Banks strategy and market opportunities.Coaches and develops banking center managers and employees to increase market and customer wallet share and enhance customer profitability.Drives business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and expanding the client base. Partner with lenders, treasury management, and others to cross sell Bank products and deepen customer relationship with the Bank.Oversees the development, enhancement, and delivery of business banking products and services. Ensure that offerings meet client needs and are competitive in the market.Works with key partners such as the Market Executives, Director of Retail Administration and Marketing to implement business banking campaign initiatives.Miscellaneous duties as requiredQualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in business banking or a related financial services field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams.Strong understanding of business banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence othersStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly self-motivatedAbility to develop and execute strategic plans and drive organizational change.Demonstrated ability to leadAbility to work independentlyImpeccable organization and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with all levels within the organizationAbility to manage sensitive and highly confidential informationProficiency in financial analysis and performance metrics.Highly proficient with Microsoft OfficeBayFirst National Bank believes that diversity and inclusivity are essential to positive long-term success and achieving our strategic business goals.
