Responsibilities
The Microcircuit Production Engineering Manager will work within a
multi-disciplinary team with electrical test, hardware,
manufacturing, and quality/mission assurance disciplines. A high
level of interaction with the program prime contractor, sponsor,
and sub-tier suppliers is expected.The ideal candidate would Well
versed managing a team in a product manufacturing environmentWill
have shown the ability to manage a cross-disciplinary teamProvide
technical direction when the path forward isn't obvious Be
detail-oriented Have proven experience with supply chain
managementBe adaptable to quickly changing circumstances, and
skilled in managing risks. Have substantial experience in
electronics manufacturing operations, understanding of yield
drivers, and use of statistical process control to ensure that
product meets stringent acceptance and reliability criteria.
