To request reasonable accommodation, please contact hr@draper.com.Draper is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to -lead custom microcircuit assembly activities for Secure & Assured Systems Programs within the Defense System Division. - The PM will be accountable for execution and on-time delivery of DoD acquisition programs with typical annual revenue of $10+ M. - They will be expected to drive the direction and provide the oversight that ensures:

  • High buyer/sponsor satisfaction
  • On-time delivery of program technical output, solutions, and contractual deliverables
  • A successful transfer of existing assembly operations with ongoing process development to a new production site
  • Achievement of programmatic financials in support of corporate business objectives
  • Consistent schedule adherence Critical technical areas will include: -
  • Knowledge of current microcircuit assembly and test processes
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards related to secure and assured electronic systems including trusted microelectronics
  • A broad understanding of the application of these technical areas to defense weapon systems is desired
  • As an integral part of the greater Defense Systems team, under the oversight of the Director, the PM will drive all phases of program execution and delivery
  • The PM will also manage, strengthen, and grow customer relationships and support capture activities including leading proposal efforts when required - - -
  • Master's or MBA is Highly preferred within an Engineering or science related degree
  • 5 years DoD program management experience is required; however extensive DoD program management career experience is an important factor.
  • The Successful candidates will have leadership experience delivering product for the DoD with the ability to manage complex projects
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, structured thinking and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines
  • A high level of independent judgment and proactivity
  • Successful candidates will be able to drive on-time program delivery for product that must meet stringent mission assurance requirements - - - -
  • Successful candidates will have knowledge of current semiconductor fabrication processes and relevant industry standards
  • Agile leadership experience desirable - - -Security Requirement:
  • Active Secret Clearance -required with ability to obtain program-specific clearance -
