Job Summary:

Under limited direction, partners closely with multi-levels of leadership to develop and execute Supervision's Development Program strategy, including coaching participants across 5-6 programs, identifying development opportunities, overseeing the Programs strategy, partnering to deliver a robust educational curriculum, track and report progress, partner across the organization for rotation assignments, placements and learning criteria and oversee mentoring opportunities. Candidate should have extensive knowledge and expertise to manage multiple program participants, influence strategic direction and develop tactical plans with substantial latitude for independent actions or decisions. Provides comprehensive solutions to development, coaching, and long term participant placement opportunities. Maintains extensive contact with internal customers and subject matter experts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Lead the supervision wide development programs, including development of strategy, planning and execution by working with key internal partners;
* Work closely with supervision senior leadership to develop, manage and coordinate projects to advance the strategic direction of the development programs as well as with other stakeholders to assess and leverage firm training, development and mentoring opportunities
* Oversees participant interviews and rotation assignments, working through the front-to-back process including planning, assigning, scheduling and monitoring, as well as performing feedback and coaching for both participants and people leaders
* Conducts interviews, compiles and analyzes participants, and creates business cases for projects and placements.
* Participates in performance reviews to recommend appropriate actions to improve productivity, efficiency and performance.
* Develops, prepares, presents and maintains project plans including staffing requirements, cost estimates, and work breakdown structures and schedules.
* Serves as the liaison between internal people leaders, recruiting and senior leadership. Communicates regularly with project stakeholders.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (B.A) and 7-10 years in a related discipline of Human Resources, financial services industry, senior level leadership positions leading across multiple-level organizations.
