Job DescriptionPurpose of the Role:mPulse is looking for an energetic Sales & Commercial Operations Manager with a desire to work with a Best in Class team in a fun, fast paced, collaborative environment. This is a key role that will provide direct assistance to the Sales organization and is based at our Encino headquarters.

The purpose of this role is to support our Sales Team by optimizing the sales process. This is a high-visibility role that will partner across the sales team to drive effective pricing strategies and deal terms, streamline the contract life cycle, and improve sales processes and documentation. We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves, anything to get the job done individual who is willing to jump in and support all aspects of our sales process.   • Free snacks and drinksResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities:
    • Manage Salesforce.com tool effectively for sales reporting and tracking.
    • Maintain reporting and tools for Salesforce to ensure data cleanliness within CRM tools
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to manage leads, accounts and opportunities to ensure that pipeline is effectively being managed
    • Design a best-in-class deal desk function that drives deal velocity without sacrificing governance.
    • Standardize contracting processes and partner with Finance and Legal to automate and streamline approvals and reviews.
    • Enforce commercial terms, including revenue recognition, pricing and legal guidelines
    • Drive consistency in the contracting process across the company, improving automation and velocity
    • Manage and maintain Sales Dashboards and reporting tools
    • Scheduling meetings and coordinating sales team events as needed to support sales team onboarding or learning
    • Onboarding and training of all newly hired sales team members, including any system set up and accesses.
    • Assist management in developing key sales aids and best practices
    • Overall Sales Operations support and administrationSkills, Abilities, and Experience:
      • Excellent organization skills
      • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up
      • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively
      • 2-3 years experience in similar role
      • Ambition to own the function and drive a best-in-class function.
      • Strong ability to learn quickly and work independently
      • High energy, self-starter, with pro-active approach
      • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com
      • Understanding of contract language and terminology
      • Ability to understand and communicate company value to prospects and clients
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
      • Experience with CRM tools and reporting processes
      • College degree requiredMinimum Qualifications:
        • BA in Business Administration or other related field
        • 2 years experience in similar sales operations role
        • Must have experience in sales contract review process across a company, improving automation and velocity
        • Understands sales contract language and terminology
        • Experience standardizing contracting processes and working with finance and legal teams
