We are searching for an experienced Property Manager, preferably with a Licensed Community Association Manager for Florida. Vacation rental management and/or hospitality experience is also a BIG PLUS! To be a good fit you must be a highly motivated individual who is a goal-oriented and driven multi-tasker that is able to work under pressure, while being supportive of a diversified and BUSY real estate office, specializing in real estate sales, as well as the management and rental of vacation rental properties from Tierra Verde to Indian Rocks Beach.

We are all hard working, respectful and enjoy a friendly camaraderie that can make days seem shorter and more enjoyable, even when under pressure. We have two offices, one in St. Pete Beach and one in Redington. Candidates will be required to have a reliable vehicle for driving to properties for inspections. Mileage is paid at the going rate. In addition to the above, this is often not a 9-5 job. However, we are respectful of people's down time and family is #1.

Responsibilities:
Duties include:
--- Our company manages 125+ vacation rentals, including a 58-unit vacation resort.
--- You will be working to ensure a program of great physical maintenance of the properties within our vacation rental pool. This will include, when required, the inspecting of properties prior to the arrival of guests making sure that they are ready for the Guests' arrival. WE have three other team members who also do inspections.
--- You will be expected to answer phones if the receptionist is busy/as is required of everyone when in the office. We all answer phones when needed. (Prima-donnas need not apply!)
--- We are seeking someone who will be an active participant in our future together. If it needs done, do it. If you need help, ask for it. If you have a great idea, voice it. We truly are a team!

Attitude Required: CAN DO!!! WILL DO! GO TEAM! Yes, this sounds like cheerleading. Here's the thing, this is part property management and part hospitality management. If you are a people person, please apply.

Qualifications:

Great with people- warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
Basic understanding of MS Office
Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager License) Preferred
