Desk Manager. This position will report to the Director of Security
Schedule/Hours: Full timeLocation: REMOTEWhat You'll Do:
- Manage team members who perform Service Desk and Network
Operation support, create and handle incident request tickets and
take inbound support calls.
- Monitor and report on team performance.
- Ensure Team adherence to SLAs for responsiveness, issue,
request handling & resolution.The Experience You Need:
- 2+ years in a supervisory role managing a Service or Help Desk
- 3+ years of experience in IT and Network operations
- Experience using UNIX, LINUX, Windows
- Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing SystemBenefits:
