Job Description We are seeking a Juice and Food Production Manager to become an integral part of our team You will be leading a growing company---s high volume juice production in accordance with company standards. Food and Juice Production Manager Looking for a leader for high-volume cold-pressed juice and plant-based production. We are creating both a production facility for juicing and food production. We also have two locations in St Pete with a third on the way at the beach. Does not need to have experience in this particular industry but must be strong at systems of production, ordering, and managing people. We handle a raw, unpasteurized product, it is imperative that someone taking on this job have a high standard of cleanliness and the ability to direct a team respectfully. It is a fast-growing company. Opportunities for profit sharing and bonuses if production goals are met consistently. Must have two years of management experience. Drive company sales growth and profitability through customer-centric selling, teamwork, superior product knowledge, and impeccable customer service. Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture. Effective management of third-party vendors. Coach the team and provide useful feedback. Utilize financial tools. Maintain high standards of food safety. Forecast staffing needs, actively recruit talent, and utilize talent acquisition tools to interview and hire. Passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness, or wellness. Previous cash handling and POS experience. Ability to adapt and embrace new procedures, processes, and shifts to priorities.
