    • Grow top-line revenue through new client acquisition in accordance with established goals and objectives. Meet/exceed sales targets and quotas.
    • Develop sales strategy and targets, identify new business opportunities, develop and manage sales pipeline.
    • Develop expertise as relates to Centricity's business and operations, the extended warranty/service contract industry, competitors' clients and capabilities, prospects, and trends in products, technology, services, features and benefits. Attend industry conferences and trade shows as requested.
    • Act as point of contact for and coordinate RFP's, generate and/or contribute to presentations, and demonstrate exceptional presentation skills.
    • Effectively communicate Centricity's unique position in the industry, our value proposition, innovation and competitive advantages to prospective clients, existing clients, and internal teams. Demonstrate tenacity in building relationships and maintain regular contact with contacts/decision makers throughout the sales cycle.
    • Negotiate business deals and administrative agreements that meet company objectives while satisfying client needs.
    • Actively participate in weekly sales/pipeline meetings, staff meetings, annual strategy sessions, and corporate sponsored initiatives.

      • 5 + years of sales and business development experience or working with high profile accounts
      • 5+ years' experience working with or for retailers or manufacturers
      • Professional and polished presenter able to communicate company brand, value and differentiators
      • Strategic thinker; able to develop strategic and tactical plans and execute on them to achieve company goals
      • Be self-directed, energetic, motivated, driven and relatable to all departments and staff
      • Possess strong personnel development skills in order to develop trusting relationships with staff, in order to gain support and achieve results
      • Ability to be a team player; must successfully work independently as well as part of a team
      • Possess strong oral and written communication skills regardless of the audience
      • Must have successful experience working in fast-paced, high volume environmentsPreferred Education and ExperienceExperience in consumer product warranty industry. Bachelor's degree or business equivalent.
