You have come to the right place.Job Summary:The Human Resource Manager will provide tactical and strategic human resources support for our Customer Care Center and across multiple field unit locations throughout the state of Florida. He/She will partner with unit leaders to meet each site's need in staffing, training and development, employee relations, regulatory compliance, policy administration, and in the timely delivery of core people processes.Human Resource ManagerDuties/Responsibilities:* Partners with the unit leadership team to execute the organization's human resource strategy including attracting, developing and retaining top talent.* Provides counsel on employee relations matter, engagement strategies, and retention initiatives. * Administers and executes routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.* Supports unit staffing processes, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified exempt and non-exempt applicants. * Collaborates with unit managers to assess and understand skills and competencies gaps, and development action plans.* Partners with unit leadership to execute timely core people processes including goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibrations, and succession planning. * Creates training and development programs that provide development opportunities for employees and address competency gaps.* Provides counsel on employee discipline, terminations, and investigations.* Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.* Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.* Performs other duties as assigned.Human Resource ManagerRequired Skills/Abilities: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.* Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.Human Resource ManagerEducation and Experience:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred* A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.* SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.* Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. * Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
