Role OverviewAs a Sales Enablement Manager, you will work with our Business Development, Account Executive, and Customer Success Teams for the onboarding and continuous development of our Sales Development Representatives (SDR's), Account Executives (AE's) and our Customer Success Managers (CSM's). Responsibilities will include creating and facilitating training, as well as continuous development workshops, follow up coaching and ongoing feedback.You will report to the Director of Sales Enablement but will work cross-functionally with all areas of the business.Responsibilities

• Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate New Hire Onboarding and Skills Training across multiple formats (instructor led, eLearning, virtual learning, knowledge transfer): Use or knowledge of ADDIE or ADKAR change management preferred. Experience use of Storyline 360 Suite preferred.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Product/Marketing, and Operations in designing curriculum strategies that are in line with current and long-term corporate revenue goals
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct training classes on sales techniques and methodologies involved in securing sales demo's and maintaining customer loyalty and generating renewals
• Help SDR's, AE's, and CSM's save time by not searching for content across multiple sources
• Build support tools and training content design - battle cards, best demonstrated practices/pro-tips
• Attend calls with managers and reps to understand the day-to-day reality and build enablement deliverables that align with the customer journey
• Act as a sales enablement and product subject matter expert by staying up to date on current processes, products, and platforms, as well as sales industry trends
• Coordinate and manage internal training events and workshops
• Must be comfortable traveling 25%What You Will Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or 5+ years of experience managing SDR, Account Executives or Customer Success Teams
  • Proficiency in building lasting relationships with senior level sales leaders
  • Strong collaborative nature and communication skills to work effectively and efficiently with peers, SME's, leadership, and stakeholders
  • Highly organized and analytical in nature with outstanding project management skills
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce, and other business operations tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
