Job Description Job Description Local One FM / Local One Service Group is currently expanding our HVAC division and are actively seeking several professional technicians. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and thrives in a family friendly work environment. Your ability to connect, build trust, and communicate with our customers is every bit as important as your technical skills. Responsibilities : Lead the installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and/or system tune-ups including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks Troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC equipment, components, and units Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent services Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedures Maintain service vehicles and document all repairs, maintenance, and service activities in an organized and timely manner Qualifications: The ideal candidate is an experienced technician that brings a positive, professional attitude to every customer interaction Minimum 5 years of hands on commercial HVAC experience EPA Universal Certification required Florida HVAC License (Class B) preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license.
