Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a part-time
position serving elementary-aged students in a school setting near
Clermont, FL. This role involves working 2-3 times per week,
totaling approximately 15-20 hours, providing specialized pediatric
speech therapy services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
speech-language services tailored to elementary school children,
assisting with communication development and language disorders
Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement
individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments, maintain
thorough documentation, and monitor student progress Participate in
team meetings and communicate effectively with parents and
caregivers Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Florida
professional and Department of Health licenses are required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not
mandatory Experience working within school environments,
specifically with pediatric and elementary-aged populations Strong
understanding of childhood speech and language development,
including kindergarten and pre-school levels Location: Kissimmee,
FL area, with services performed near Clermont, FL This contract
