What You'll Do As a FASTer Way Pro Health and Fitness Trainer, you'll: Coach and Inspire : Guide clients through fun, effective workout routines and customized meal planning. Create Content : Star in engaging workout videos and social media content that motivates and connects with our growing community. Support and Engage : Answer questions, provide personalized feedback, and cheer on clients via Zoom, direct messages, and our exclusive community platforms. Innovate : Share insights to help develop fresh, exciting fitness programs and initiatives. Your Day-to-Day Film dynamic workout sessions and trainings. Approve and onboard new community members. Host personalized Zoom coaching calls. Actively engage with our online community daily. Communicate weekly with clients across various platforms. Promote our VIP experience with energy and expertise. Who You Are A certified personal trainer with at least 3 years of experience in fitness and nutrition. Live in the Tampa Bay area (Onsite position) Charismatic, camera-ready, and able to inspire audiences of all sizes. Dedicated to wellness-commit to completing at least one round of the FASTer Way program in the upcoming year (or are ready to dive in!).
