Job Description Job Description Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED Leasing Consultants to join our Property Management Group! The Experienced Leasing Consultant will work with the Property Manager and team to provide excellent customer service, meet prospects, conduct tours, execute leasing paperwork, and follow up with leads to generate traffic to the community. As a Leasing Consultant, you are the first step in creating a sense of community for current and prospective residents. Individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions are vital to this role. WEEKLY PAY REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of prior leasing experience is a MUST! Bilingual Spanish Knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing Reliable transportation—attendance and punctuality are imperative Working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies, and best practices QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in Spanish Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability Friendly, energetic, and great people skills Ability to work weekends is a MUST Call or text to apply!
