This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional with a background in transmission Right-of-Way (ROW) improvements and substation site preparation projects to lead and supervise a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and collaborate with the civil engineering team on Request for Proposals (RFPs), while managing construction managers and vendors across various projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage construction teams and vendors involved in transmission ROW improvements and substation site preparation projects. Work with the civil engineering team to prepare, review, and manage RFPs for upcoming projects. Ensure projects comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Track and manage project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Licenses/Certifications: Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license. Extensive experience in transmission ROW improvements and substation site preparation. Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with experience managing construction teams and vendors. Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams and clients.
