Position Overview:

As a Solar Field Marketing Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our renewable energy reach. Your primary task will be to generate leads and engage potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales. Furthermore, you'll be the face of West Bay Energy, educating individuals on the myriad benefits of solar power while delivering unmatched customer service.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Generate quality leads through door-to-door canvassing and other proactive outreach methods.
--- Engage, educate, and inform homeowners and businesses about the advantages of transitioning to solar with West Bay Energy.
--- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process.
--- Work in tandem with the sales team, ensuring the smooth transition of leads and providing crucial insights to hone sales strategies.

Qualifications:
--- The ability to work outdoors and be on the move.
--- Reliable transportation to and from our Tampa Bay office.
--- Prior marketing or canvassing experience is beneficial, but we're ready to train the right individuals for success!
--- The ability to legally work in the USA.
--- The ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.
