Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs for the company. This includes but is not limited to branding, advertising, promotions, public relations, and digital marketing. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the overall company strategy and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales--- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and execution--- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry--- Manage and oversee the company's social media presence and digital marketing campaigns--- Develop and manage budgets for all marketing initiatives--- Work closely with sales teams to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels--- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed--- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the marketing program
Qualifications: --- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field--- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role--- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills--- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills--- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment--- Experience with budget management and forecasting--- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
Physical Requirements:This job may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment:This job will be performed in an office environment, with occasional travel required.
Salary:The salary for this position will depend on qualifications and experience.
