for an organized, friendly, and outgoing Administrative
Assistant/Marketer that's a real people person to join our team in

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Organize Events for the residents and future residents
- Network with local companies and organizations whose employees
can benefit from our Affordable rents, beautifully renovated
apartments in Downtown St Petersburg
- Address Resident concerns
- Assist Manager and Assistant Manager with move-ins, work orders,
vendor selection and other office related tasks as needed
Necessary skills for this position include:
- Outgoing personality, enjoys networking and organizing events, a
real people's person
- -Able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with strong ability to
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong resident relations skillset
- Ability to follow up on assigned tasks
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
