Description: IMMEDIATE OPENINGS- Large medical insurance company
in the Carillon area has immediate openings for experienced
Bilingual (Spanish) Medical Customer Service Specialists. These
roles will be responsible for handling outbound calls and inbound
calls regarding the eligibility, program benefits and enrollment
process for their care management program. Functions will also
include detailed documentation of all communications, information
verification, program education and other related duties.
