Job Description Serves as generalist relationship manager and primary point of contact for a group of moderately to highly complex client relationships. Drives and coordinates the activity of the Ascent team providing a full complement of services to the client group. Demonstrates an ability to identify, develop and close sales opportunities from both new outside clients as well as from deepening relationships with the existing clients. Expands Ascent's presence in the ultra high net worth market including representation of the business segment in the region at community events as well as within the broader bank. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field 15 or more years of financial services experience 10 or more years of experience with ultra high net worth clients MBA, JD, CFP, CFA, or CPA Preferred Skills/Experience Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills Total compensation for this role is highly competitive and substantially above market including a generous short-term and long-term incentive bonus; base salary may differ from the range indicated in the job posting. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $186,150.00 - $219,000.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
