Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for completing various
semiconductor/ advanced packaging processes, according to a
detailed set of process instructions. Strict adherence to process
instructions and documentation requirements will be expected. With
adequate training and limited supervision , the candidate will
perform work of an essentially repetitive nature requiring highly
specialized skills for production of deliverable hardware. Work
will be done inside a semiconductor fabrication cleanroom and
cleanroom protocols will be followed. The candidate will work
closely with a team of engineers and skilled operators.
