Since then, our Warranties & Insurance product line has acquired and grown organically to offer the full-suite of insurance and warranty products.Today, we're building on that Risk Management foundation and moving beyond it, launching new Technology and Finance & Insurance product lines to unlock new opportunities for our builders.Summary/ObjectiveThe Finance and Insurance Product Manager is the strategic lead within our emerging home financial services business. In this role, this person would be responsible for identifying opportunities across the home ownership lifecycle for builder-marketed financial services, developing programs directly and via partnerships, launching beta tests, and eventually, developing scaling strategies. This role works closely with our Platform team, with the goal of leveraging the Maverick Platform to revolutionize these home financial services sectors. This role will work closely with the President, who currently leads product development. Successful candidates will have experience with iterative product development, thrive in growth-focused entrepreneurial environments, be comfortable with quantitative modeling, and value team-focused cultures.Essential Functions

• Identify key opportunities to play in home-related financial services
• Conceptualize, commercialize, and launch new financial services solutions
• Develop programs, pricing, positioning, and target customer strategies for all programs
• Work closely with sales to scale F&I programs through residential home builder industry
• Introduce digital technologies to the customer experience to improve product conversion, reduce builder work and friction, and drive new revenue Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkFull timeStandard working hours weekly.TravelAs needed, up to 25%Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.Preferred Education and Experience

  • Financial or real estate exposure
